An ever increasing part of our job involves using laboratory techniques to improve our diagnosis and treatment of our patients.
At the Chandlers Ford Veterinary Surgery we have invested in both equipment and training to ensure that we provide a cost-effective laboratory service that utilises modern technology and techniques. We can ‘run’ an extensive series of tests ‘in house’ and have the results within hours.
More complex or specialised tests are sent by courier to one of the nation’s leading veterinary laboratories and sometimes to further afield.
Our priority is to get the correct diagnosis as promptly as possible and to this end we periodically review our laboratory services as this is an area of constant change.
